Founded in 1892 and now in its fifth generation, a sake specialist — a rarity in an area dominated by shochu. It is known as one of very few shops in all of Kyushu handling Hakurakusei from Niizawa Jozoten in Miyagi, and the owner checks breweries in person before stocking their sake.
