A tasting facility built on the concept of sampling the flagship label of every brewery in Niigata in one place. This is the original branch, and its signature "Kikizake Bansho" gives you five coins and a cup for 500 yen, letting you pick up to five from 129 brands and pour them yourself from the tasting machines. There is also a sake bath, so there is something to enjoy even for non-drinkers.

How to buy

Anything you like after tasting can be bought on the spot, and the facility also sells its signature "bakudan onigiri" made with Koshihikari rice from Minami-Uonuma. It is inside JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station, making it easy to stop by while changing Shinkansen.
