An Ebisu shop that began just after the war as a miso and soy sauce wholesaler and became a liquor specialist. It carries sake from all over the country, from Tohoku to Kyushu, and each bottle has a handwritten tag noting dishes that go with it — a shop that has you choose the sake first and then decide today's menu, rather than the other way around.
