A neighborhood liquor store that is not large but has a solid sake selection, with the owner's cheerful service as a strong point. There is relatively more sake from western Japan, and rather than a destination for rare bottles it is the kind of shop you would visit often if it were nearby.
Labels such as Zaku, Haneya, Naraman, Mutsu Hassen, and Chiyomusubi come up. There is not much in the way of ultra-rare sake, but it is a good place to work through sake from various regions one at a time.
Easy to stop into on a walk around Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, and delivery is available too.
