The year-round regular line of Aramasa's No.6 series, 'R-type,' brewed with No. 6 yeast and the kimoto method. The aroma stays subtle, with a restrained mid-level sweetness joined by the refreshing acidity typical of kimoto nama-zake, forming a medium body. Its easygoing, everyday cleanliness makes it a comfortable match for sashimi, simmered dishes, salted grilled chicken, or cheese.
