About this sake

Junmai Ginjo Hakuten from Choshu Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture is made with 100% Sanda rice, a sake with a soft, fresh aroma, gentle white-grape-like sweetness and acidity, and a citrus impression. Right after opening it is fresh and juicy with dissolved carbon dioxide; from the third day the gas has escaped and the soft taste settles into shape.
