Platinum Kinsuzume is a Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed by Horie Sakaba, a brewery founded in 1764 in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 45%, with an alcohol content of 16%. The sake is known for its elegant aroma and well-balanced umami. It was developed as an undiluted (genshu) sake under the theme of "nobility" through a project with Nihombashi Takashimaya department store, making it a limited and hard-to-find bottling.
