아라마사 후쿠노하나 나카도리다루자케 컬러즈 탠저린
아라마사 주조 (新政酒造株式会社) · 아키타현
This sake is produced by Aramasa Shuzo in Akita Prefecture as part of the pasteurized 'Colors' series, which showcases the character of individual Akita-grown rice varieties. It is milled to a 55% seimaibuai and made from Fukunohana, a rice variety developed in 1959 at the Tohoku Agricultural Experiment Station. The sake shows bright, citrus-like aromas reminiscent of mandarin orange with a light, clean acidity. Brewed using the kimoto method and fermented in wooden vats as per Aramasa's standard practice, this particular batch is a nakadori (middle-pressed) portion finished as taru-zake, offering a fresh fruit character balanced by a crisp finish.
