About this sake

A junmai brewed by Tsukinoi Shuzoten in Oarai, Ibaraki Prefecture. Since its founding in 1865, for more than 150 years the brewery has brewed each bottle carefully, capturing the climate and natural power of Oarai. It is marked by the flavor of freshly pressed rice together with a light, clean taste, and has long been loved as a sake to drink with a meal.
