About this sake

Milled to just 90% — barely polished at all — this Kamenoo-based release is part of Senkin's natural-leaning 'Nature Deux' series. The aroma stays almost entirely in check and sweetness is moderate, but the minimal polish lets a distinctly natural acidity come through, giving the sake real volume. Its wine-like character makes it a natural fit for goat cheese, charcuterie, or olives.
