About this sake

Suginishiki is produced by Sugii Shuzo, a brewery in Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture, founded in 1842. This junmai daiginjo is made with rice polished to a 40% seimaibuai. It shows the gentle ginjo aroma and acidity typical of Shizuoka sake, matured at a controlled low temperature for a mellow, settled character. It reflects the understated, balanced brewing style associated with Shizuoka-type sake.
