About this sake

A tokubetsu honjozo made by Hakkai Jozo, founded in 1922 in Minami-Uonuma, Niigata. Served chilled it is dry and clear, and served warm it becomes fuller and rounder. Warmed gently, the delicate aroma of the koji rice comes through and the taste grows rich and round.
