"Hanataka" Junmai Ginjo from Hamashima Shuzo blends mostly Oita Mii rice with some Yamada Nishiki. It's fruity and floral, with restrained sweetness, gentle acidity, and a comfortable medium body finishing clean. The character of this Oita local rice shows well with white fish sashimi, mixed sashimi, or a light snack.
