About this sake

'Ecru,' the standard bearer of Aramasa's 'colors' series, brewed from Akita Sake Komachi rice polished to 65%. The aroma is understated and rustic, but a pure, distinct sweetness and acidity from the Sake Komachi rice stand out, forming a full body. Rather than a clean finish, its acidity and sweetness linger richly, making it a good match for tempura, simmered dishes, fruit, robust snacks, or cheese.
