This junmai ginjo is brewed by Niizawa Shuzoten, located in Kawasaki, Shibata District, Miyagi Prefecture. It is made with 100% Kura no Hana rice grown in Miyagi and polished to 55% of its original size. The sake shows a subtle banana aroma with a refreshing, citrus-like acidity and a clean, low-sugar finish, reflecting the brewery's aim to create a food-pairing sake. It has received gold medals at several international sake competitions.
