About this sake

This is the pasteurized version of Ohmine Shuzo's 100% Omachi junmai, polished to 50%. The yellow-peach-and-lychee aroma opens further with warmth, and concentrated Pione-grape sweetness with a refreshing acidic finish leads into a body rich in rice-driven umami. Serve it warm alongside grilled fish or hot pot to see it at its best.
