"Gekko" ("moonlight") is the bottling that defines Koeigiku's signature low-ABV unfiltered genshu style, from Saga prefecture. Polished to 50% and finishing at just 14% ABV, the aroma stays quiet and the sweetness gentle, while a rich, rice-driven body anchors the sake. The finish is short and light, pairing well with lighter dishes suited to a low-alcohol sake.
