하나아비
난요양조 (南陽醸造株式会社) · 埼玉
Hanaabi is produced by Nanyo Brewery, a small family-run sake house founded in 1860 in Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture, where brewing is done by hand in limited quantities. This Junmai Ginjo is milled to a rice-polishing ratio of 55%, placing it in the ginjo-grade category made from rice, koji, and water alone. The sake is known for the vivid, tropical-fruit character the brand is famous for, with aromas and flavors often compared to pineapple and green apple alongside a rich, juicy sweetness balanced by clean acidity. Produced in very small batches, Hanaabi has built a strong following among sake enthusiasts and is often difficult to find outside select specialty retailers.
