About this sake

A tokubetsu junmai brewed by Emishiki Shuzo in Shiga Prefecture, a classic junmai ginjo made from Shiga-grown rice polished to 50%. It draws out the natural sweetness of the rice for a slightly sweet flavor, with a gentle aroma suggesting banana; freshly opened it tastes strongly fresh, and with time a ripe banana nuance can also be enjoyed.
