About this sake

A nama (unpasteurized) junmai brewed in Akita by Aramasa Shuzo Co., Ltd. It is made at a 65% rice polishing ratio using the traditional kimoto method and the brewery's own Association No. 6 yeast, with characteristic aromas of green apple, muscat grape and citrus. It is bottled unpasteurized and has a fine natural effervescence.
