Nakano Shuzo, founded in 1874 in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture, is a brewery with a long history. This junmai, brewed at a 70% rice polishing ratio, is crisp yet soft, with a fresh aroma recalling pear and white grape, and as a food-pairing sake it goes with any dish.
