Brewed by Kankiku Meijo in Sanmu, Chiba Prefecture, this junmai daiginjo uses Aiyama rice sourced from Hyogo Prefecture. It has a rice-polishing ratio of 50% and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized as namagenshu. The aroma carries pineapple-like fruit notes, while the palate shows Aiyama's characteristic soft, elegant sweetness balanced by a gentle acidity that keeps the finish clean. Named 'Red Diamond' for its red concept color and jewel motif, it is released once a year as part of the brewery's limited seasonal series.
