About this sake

"GALA" is the dry type in the sparkling junmai series "Suzune" made by Ichinokura in Miyagi Prefecture, aged for more than six months after bottling. At a 65% rice polishing ratio and 9% alcohol, its concentrated sweetness at a sake meter value of -50 to -30 is joined by calm acidity and a champagne-like dryness. It has won gold prizes at many premium sparkling sake awards.
