About this sake

The flagship long-seller of Ichinokura in Miyagi Prefecture, a mukansa honjozo loved for more than 45 years since its release in 1977. A dry type at a 65% rice polishing ratio and 15-16% alcohol, it balances mellow umami with a crisp finish. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed, and won a gold medal in the honjozo category at IWC 2018.
