森酒造場 · 나가사키현
HIRAN W.Adams is a junmai sake produced by Mori Shuzojo in Hirado, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki as the koji rice and Asahi rice as the main rice, milled to a rice-polishing ratio of 77%, using Association No. 7 yeast and the traditional kimoto method. The sake shows gentle melon and pear aromas with a light natural carbonation, a balance of sweetness and acidity, restrained umami, and a clean finish. Its name references William Adams (Miura Anjin), the English navigator who arrived in Hirado in 1600.
