About this sake

"Chiebijin," brewed by Nakano Shuzo in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture, is the brand that took the top prize in the junmai category at KURA MASTER in France in 2018. It is a junmai with rice polishing ratios of 65% for the koji rice and 70% for the kake rice, at 16% alcohol. A fresh aroma, soft and well-balanced umami, and light acidity are its hallmarks, and it is presented as a sake to enjoy casually.
