About this sake

A junmai ginjo of Shinano Nishiki from Miyajima Shuten in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, part of the "Retro Label" series known for its retro label design. Locally grown Miyama Nishiki is polished to 50% and brewed with the Nagano D yeast developed in the prefecture, giving a calm, refined ginjo aroma and a soft, generous umami. Medium in sweetness at a sake meter value of -3 and acidity of 2.0, it goes well with autumn mountain vegetables.
