About this sake

"Suisho," a junmai daiginjo brewed by Tsurunoe Shuzo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, from Gohyakumangoku polished to 50%. A bright aroma, a pleasant mouthfeel, and a clean dry finish are its hallmarks, and it is popular as a gift for the Ochugen and Oseibo seasons.
