About this sake

One of the "Kozuki" series, the top line of Daishinshu Shuzo in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, brewed with the same care as a competition entry. It is a junmai daiginjo made with Kinmon Nishiki and Hitogokochi polished to 40%. A bright aroma spreads the moment the bottle is opened, the mouthfeel is gentle and clear, and refined sweetness, mild acidity and a citrus note harmonize before disappearing cleanly in the finish.
