About this sake

A junmai ginjo blending Gohyakumangoku and Yamada Nishiki, polished to 55%. A first aroma reminiscent of cherry is followed by soft, sweet notes of vanilla and cotton candy, which suit the citrus acidity for a refreshing finish. It is presented as a clear, cool sake like the snowmelt water of the Oku-Echizen area of Fukui. It has many awards, including a Kura Master Platinum and an IWC Silver.
