About this sake

It was confirmed that this is in fact a daiginjo rather than a ginjo. A special edition whose label carries "Ichikawa Ebizo as Takemura Sadanoshin," a 1794 work by the enigmatic Edo-period artist Toshusai Sharaku, produced to mark an exhibition at the Tendo City Art Museum. A refined ginjo aroma, a smooth finish, a delicate and transparent taste, and a beautiful, clean aftertaste are its hallmarks.
