A limited freshly pressed namazake edition of the "Yuki Manman" series, made from Yamada Nishiki polished to 45%. It is an extremely limited item distributed only through contracted shops within Yamagata Prefecture; while Yuki Manman is normally shipped after two years of aging, this bottling keeps the freshness of just-pressed sake. At a sake meter value of +3 and acidity of 1.2, it features a fresh, refined aroma and a dry, clean acidity.
