About this sake

An active nigori (sparkling cloudy sake) released as a winter limited edition each year. Repeated coarse filtration replaces the grainy texture typical of nigori with a silky, smooth one. The fresh new-sake aroma of freshly pressed sake blends with a deep, transparent sweetness recalling Japanese confectionery and a faint bitterness, coming together in the second half with fine effervescence and a crisp, dry finish.
