About this sake

A junmai daiginjo in the "Nito" brand of Maruishi Jozo in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, brewed from 100% Aiyama, a premium Hyogo-grown rice, at a 48% rice polishing ratio. The soft, appealing nuance typical of Aiyama is joined by acidity and effervescence that add a fresh, bright finish, with a ginjo aroma recalling cherry blossoms, pure sweetness, a charming acidity, and a light dry finish. It goes well with rich meat dishes and dishes made with butter.
