About this sake

The premium line of the Nito series brewed by Maruishi Jozo (founded 1690) in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. A junmai daiginjo at a 33% rice polishing ratio, it is a limited planned release whose polishing figure was matched to 330 in celebration of the brewery's 330th anniversary. The aroma is calm for a junmai daiginjo but its brightness and sweetness are distinct, and the rice flavor typical of Omachi blends with a delicate acidity, leaving a faint sweetness in the finish.
