About this sake

Mutsu Hassen is produced by Hachinohe Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, a brewery founded in 1740 that has long used Aomori-grown rice and a locally developed yeast strain. This Junmai Ginjo is milled to a 55% seimaibuai and shows the fruity, floral aromatics typical of the Mutsu Hassen line, balanced by soft umami and a clean acidity. It finishes crisp, making it a food-friendly choice often paired with the region's seafood.
