Yama no Kotobuki Good Times Summer Session is a junmai sake produced by Yamanokotobuki Shuzo in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture. It has a rice polishing ratio of 60% and an alcohol content of 13%, with a light natural effervescence resulting from the brewery's own fermentation method. It offers citrus-like aromas balanced with a mild sweetness, and is released as a limited unpasteurized (nama) summer edition. The label features a collaborative design by illustrator Tamaki Nakai.
