About this sake

A junmai muroka nama genshu in the limited brand "W" made by Watanabe Shuzoten in Hida Furukawa, Gifu Prefecture. It uses local Hida Homare rice at a 45% rice polishing ratio and shows a showy ginjo aroma unusual for a junmai. Banana-like fruit aromas and a nutty, toasty sweetness finish cleanly along with pleasant acidity.
