Ubusuna 2024 Yamada Nishiki Roku-Nōjō is a junmai sake brewed by Hananoka Shuzo, a sake brewery located in Nagomi, Kumamoto Prefecture, along the Kikuchi River. It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown without pesticides or fertilizer in the same river basin as the brewery's water source, fermented using the kimoto method, wooden vats, and no added yeast. The sake shows a gentle pear-like aroma with a clean, light umami and sweetness balanced by crisp acidity. Alcohol content is 13%.
