About this sake

A product of the Ugo no Tsuki brand brewed by Aihara Shuzo in Kure City, Hiroshima, a junmai daiginjo made from Aiyama, a premium sake rice from Hyogo, polished to a rice polishing ratio of 50%. It keeps the deep umami and sweetness characteristic of Aiyama while the acidity closes cleanly, and it is marked by a refined ginjo aroma and a long finish. It won a gold award in the junmai daiginjo category of Kura Master 2022.
