About this sake

Ninki Shuzo in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, brews only ginjo grade and above, and does so entirely by hand in wooden vats. This set contains two 720 ml bottles, the junmai ginjo "Kuro Ninki" and the ginjo "Ao Ninki"; Kuro Ninki has the broad taste typical of junmai, while Ao Ninki has a calm ginjo aroma with a dry character one never tires of.
