구즈류 기죠슈
黒龍酒造 · 후쿠이현
Made by Kokuryu Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1804 in Eiheiji, Fukui Prefecture, this sake is classified as kijoshu, brewed using the brewery's own sake in place of water. It uses Fukui-grown Gohyakumangoku rice milled to a 55% seimaibuai. With a nihonshu-do of -35.0, it carries a pronounced sweetness alongside notes of ripe fruit, white peach and lychee, giving a rich, sweet-and-sour flavor. At 12% alcohol it is light-bodied and easy to drink, often positioned as an approachable entry point into sake.
