About this sake

A junmai ginjo brewed by Toraya Honten in Tochigi Prefecture (founded 1788), made from Omachi rice polished to 55%. A fresh apple aroma, soft sweetness, the umami typical of Omachi, and fresh acidity come together, and it has won gold prizes several times in the junmai ginjo category at the International Wine Challenge.
