About this sake

A junmai daiginjo themed on Unit 02 from EVAN-GARDE, the limited series that Daisekkei Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture created in collaboration with the anime Evangelion. Miyama Nishiki grown in Nagano is polished to 27% and brewed with Hiroshima yeast. A bright aroma reminiscent of apple, peach and pineapple, clear umami and a pleasant finish are its features.
