구도키죠즈 바쿠렌
亀の井酒造 · 山形
An ultra-dry ginjo brewed by Kamenoi Shuzo in Yamagata Prefecture, marked by an extreme sake meter value of +20. Miyama Nishiki is polished to 55%, and a faint fruity ginjo aroma drifts over a light, clean taste with an outstanding crispness after drinking. It is a rare, limited item handled by only about ten liquor shops nationwide.
