About this sake

A limited line of "Ippaku Suisei" brewed by Fukurokuju Shuzo in Gojome, Akita Prefecture, named "Sunday Back Nine" after the golf term for the last nine holes of a Sunday final round. It uses the Akita-grown sake rice Gin no Sei polished to 50%, and is described as having a calm aroma and juicy fruit nuances.
