A futsushu made by Michisakari Shuzo (founded in the Edo period) in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, at 13.5% alcohol. It is light yet firmly framed in taste, holding up even when served hot, and goes well with richly flavored snacks. Praised as a sake one never tires of that grows deeper the more it is drunk, it is a leading local sake of Tajimi.
