About this sake

A junmai daiginjo muroka nama nama in the "Sato no Homare" brand brewed by Sudo Honke in Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Founded in 1141, Sudo Honke is regarded as one of the oldest breweries in Japan, and brews at a 50% rice polishing ratio with no added alcohol, using only local rice and brewing water. An elegant aroma and a soft, silky taste are its hallmarks, and it has won a gold medal at the IWC.
