About this sake

A junmai daiginjo brewed at the Arimitsu brewery in the Akano area of Aki, eastern Kochi Prefecture. It uses 100% Awa Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, with a showy aroma and soft acidity. Kochi's CEL-24 yeast gives it an elegant, flower-like character together with a hint of sweetness.
