About this sake

This junmai daiginjo is produced by Kanbai Shuzo, a brewery based in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, using locally grown Miyamanishiki rice milled to a 45% seimaibuai. It has an alcohol content of 15%, with a floral, fruit-forward aroma and a soft, umami-rich palate. Gentle acidity balances the sweetness, leading to a clean, crisp finish. The Miyakanbai line has also been served in Singapore Airlines' Suites Class, reflecting its recognition outside Japan.
